【摘要】：正手术后恶心呕吐(postoperative nausea and vomiting,PONV)发病率约为20%,但在某些高危术式,如腹腔镜手术中,PONV的发生率可高达80%~([1])。PONV虽不危及患者的生命,但会对手术患者的康复产生不利影响,且会明显延长患者住院时间,增加医疗花费,加大护理人员的工作负担。恶心呕吐是针灸治疗的优势病种之一,尽管并不完全清楚其
[Abstract]:The incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting after surgery is about 20. However, in some high-risk operations, such as laparoscopic surgery, the incidence of PONV may be as high as 80% ([1] .PONV does not endanger the life of the patient, but it will have a negative impact on the rehabilitation of the patient. It also can prolong the hospitalization time, increase the medical expenses and increase the workload of nursing staff.
