紫河车免煎颗粒对温和刺激方案结局的影响

【摘要】：目的观察紫河车免煎颗粒(紫河车)对子宫内膜容受性以及胚胎结局的影响。方法将符合肾气虚型的90例不孕患者随机分为对照组和紫河车组(治疗组),观察两组的子宫内膜厚度、形态、血流、取卵数、受精数、发育胚胎数、优质胚胎数、妊娠率、着床率、流产率。结果两组患者在血流、发育胚胎数、优质胚胎数上有显著差异(P0.05)。对照组10例以及治疗组14例达到鲜胚移植标准;对照组人体绒膜促性腺激素(HCG)阳性人数4例,低于治疗组6例;对照组临床妊娠人数3例,治疗组6例;对照组种植率4例,治疗组9例。差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论紫河车免煎颗粒可以改善温和刺激方案下促排卵周期子宫内膜容受性及优质胚胎数,显示出增加临床妊娠率的趋势。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Ziheqian granule on endometrial receptivity and embryo outcome. Methods 90 infertile patients with deficiency of kidney qi were randomly divided into control group and Ziheche group (treatment group). The endometrium thickness, morphology, blood flow, egg count, fertilization number, number of developing embryos, number of high-quality embryos, pregnancy rate were observed in the two groups. Implantation rate, abortion rate. Results there were significant differences in blood flow, number of developing embryos and number of high quality embryos between the two groups (P 0.05). 10 cases in the control group and 14 cases in the treatment group reached the standard of fresh embryo transplantation; 4 cases in the control group were positive for human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG), 6 cases in the treatment group, 3 cases in the clinical pregnancy group in the control group, 6 cases in the treatment group, and 4 cases in the control group. Treatment group 9 cases. The difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Ziheqian granule can improve the endometrial receptivity and the number of high quality embryos in ovulatory cycle under mild stimulation, which shows a tendency to increase the clinical pregnancy rate.
