腹部按摩对单纯性肥胖大鼠下丘脑神经肽Y表达的影响

【摘要】：目的观察腹部按摩对单纯性肥大鼠Lee's指数变化、脂代谢及下丘脑中神经肽Y(neuropeptide Y,NPY)表达的影响,探讨推拿治疗单纯性肥胖的作用机制。方法采用高脂饮食喂养诱导的方法建立单纯性肥胖大鼠模型,筛选出造模成功的肥胖大鼠,随机分为治疗组、模型组,另设置正常组进行对照。治疗组大鼠腹部推拿按摩治疗,6周后,观察大鼠Lee's指数的变化;生化法检测甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量;免疫组化法检测下丘脑神经肽Y(NPY)含量。结果模型组大鼠Lee's指数,血清中TG、LDL-C水平,下丘脑NPY含量较正常大鼠显著升高(P0.05,P0.01),血清中HDL-C水平较正常组显著降低(P0.05);治疗组大鼠Lee's指数、血清中LDL-C及下丘脑NPY含量下降,均具有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01);对血清中TG含量有下调作用、对HDL-C含量有上调作用,但统计结果无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论按摩对单纯性肥胖病症有显著的治疗作用,其可能的机制与按摩治疗能够降低下丘脑中NPY表达水平有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effects of abdominal massage on the changes of Lee's index, lipid metabolism and the expression of neuropeptide Y(neuropeptide YNPY in hypothalamus of simple mast rats, and to explore the mechanism of massage in the treatment of simple obesity. Methods A simple obese rat model was established by high-fat diet. The obese rats were selected and randomly divided into treatment group, model group and control group. After 6 weeks of abdominal massage treatment, the changes of Lee's index were observed in rats of the treatment group, and the contents of triglyceride TGG, total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were detected by biochemical method. The content of hypothalamic neuropeptide YPNPY was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results the Lee's index, serum TG-LDL-C, hypothalamic NPY and HDL-C in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal group, while the HDL-C level in the serum was significantly lower than that in the normal group, while the Lee's index, LDL-C and NPY in the hypothalamus were decreased in the treatment group. All of them had statistical significance (P0.05 or P0.01C), and had down-regulating effect on serum TG content and up-regulation on HDL-C content, but the statistical results had no statistical significance (P0.05A). Conclusion Massage has a significant therapeutic effect on simple obesity, and its possible mechanism is related to the decrease of NPY expression in hypothalamus.
