基于数据挖掘的藏医药治疗高原红细胞增多症方剂组方用药规律分析

【摘要】:目的:基于数据挖掘方法,运用中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5),分析《四部医典》等藏医药书籍中治疗HAPC方剂的组方用药规律,为进一步挖掘藏医治疗HAPC方案及新药的研发提供参考。方法:HAPC属于藏医血隆病的范畴,俗称"多血症"。为揭示藏医药治疗该病方剂组方用药规律,通过整理《四部医典》等藏医药书籍中的相关治疗方剂,应用中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5),构建藏医治疗HAPC的方剂数据库,采用软件集成的数据挖掘方法,进行频次统计、组方规律、关联规则分析、新方分析和证型分布。结果:收集了治疗HAPC的210首方剂,确定了处方中药物出现的频次、常用药对及组合,其中使用频率最高的10味药分别是诃子、木香、红花、余甘子、肉豆蔻、豆蔻、丁香、土木香、天竺黄、毛诃子,累计用药频率达33.19%。发现支持度≥20%,置信度≥0.9的关联规则共演化得出新处方11首。结论:用药频率较高藏药的药性均以针对血型HAPC治疗为主,依次是隆型、赤巴型、培根型、木布病等5种分型,体现了该病在不同分型下有不同的治疗原则和组方用药规律,为藏医临床辨证论治和进一步新药开发提供了科学意义及数据支撑。
[Abstract]:Objective: based on the method of data mining, using the software of traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) inheriting and assisting platform, the author analyzed the rule of prescription for treating HAPC in four medical books, so as to provide a reference for further excavating the scheme of Tibetan medicine for treating HAPC and the research and development of new drugs. Methods: HAP-PC belongs to the category of blood Carina disease of Tibetan medicine, commonly known as "polyaemia". In order to reveal the prescriptions of Tibetan medicine for treating this disease, the database of Tibetan medicine HAPC was constructed by sorting out the related prescriptions in the Tibetan medicine books, and using the software of Chinese medicine heritage assistant platform (V2.5). The data mining method of software integration is used to carry out frequency statistics, square rule, association rule analysis, new side analysis and pattern distribution. Results: 210 prescriptions for the treatment of HAPC were collected, and the frequency, frequency and combination of the drugs in the prescriptions were determined. Among them, the 10 drugs with the highest frequency of use were Fructus chebula, Amur, Cardamom, cardamom and clove, respectively.
