疏肝滋肾汤治疗腰椎骨性关节炎的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:应用JOA腰痛疗效评定标准和WOMAC骨性关节炎评分系统评价疏肝滋肾汤治疗腰椎骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的90例腰椎骨关节炎患者,按随机数字表分为治疗A组(疏肝滋肾汤内服及外敷组)、B组(疏肝滋肾汤内服组)和C组(壮骨关节丸内服组),每组30例,疗程3个月,比较各组治疗前与治疗后疗效差异。结果:(1)JOA评定:治疗后疼痛积分均降低,但治疗A、B两组的治疗后积分较对照C组明显下降,且治疗A组下降程度优于B、C两组;(2)WOMAC评价:各组治疗评分均明显改善,A组明显优于其他两组,而B组亦优于对照C组。结论:疏肝滋肾汤治疗腰椎骨性关节炎疗效显著,并且其内服加外敷的临床疗效最佳。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shugan Zishen decoction in the treatment of lumbar osteoarthritis by JOA low back pain evaluation standard and WOMAC osteoarthritis scoring system. Methods: ninety patients with lumbar vertebrae osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups: group A (treated with Shugan Zishen decoction) and group B (treated with Shugan Zishen decoction) and group C (treated with Zhuanggu Joint Pill, 30 cases in each group). The therapeutic effect of each group was compared before and after treatment for 3 months. Results: the score of pain was decreased after treatment, but the score of group A B was significantly lower than that of group C. The decrease degree of group A was better than that of group B and C, and the scores of group A were significantly better than those of group A, and group B was better than group C. Conclusion: Shugan Zishen decoction is effective in the treatment of lumbar osteoarthritis.
