马融三焦分治热痫的临证经验总结

【摘要】：痫病是一种反复发作性神志异常的病证。文章将马融教授治疗热痫的临证经验进行总结,提出"三焦分治"热痫的治疗思想,认为其成因为外感热邪、积而化热、火热内生,病理因素以热邪为主,兼夹风、湿、痰邪,病位在上焦之肺、中焦之脾胃及大肠、下焦之肝肾,其病机为热盛,炼痰,生风,治疗原则为清热、豁痰、息风,分别选用银翘散、凉膈散、葛根芩连汤、风引汤化裁。
[Abstract]:Epilepsy is a recurrent episode of abnormal mental illness syndrome. This article summarizes Professor Ma Rong's clinical experience in treating heat epilepsy, puts forward the treatment thought of "three Jiao divided treatment" heat epilepsy, thinks that it is caused by exogenous heat evil, accumulates heat, causes heat endogenously, and pathological factors are mainly heat evil, and wind, dampness, phlegm evil, etc. The disease is located in the upper lung, spleen, stomach and large intestine, liver and kidney, its pathogenesis is heat, phlegm, wind, treatment principles for clearing heat, eliminating phlegm, wind, select Yinqiao Powder, Liangge Powder, Pueraria root Qinlian decoction, wind decoction cut.
