中医禁食疗法在代谢综合征中的应用研究

【摘要】：目的:探讨中医禁食疗法在代谢综合征中的应用效果。方法:选取我院在2015年1月-2016年5月接诊的120例代谢综合征患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为禁食组与对照组,每组60例。对照组患者不做任何处理,禁食组采用禁食疗法,共禁食7d,对比2组患者治疗前后的血糖、血脂、体质量、血压等指标变化。结果:禁食后,禁食组的TC、TG、LDL-C、FPG、2h PG、SBP、DBP均明显低于对照组,HDL-C明显高于对照组,P0.05。禁食组患者中,高血压患者禁食后的SBP、DBP值明显降低(P0.05),而非高血压患者的SBP、DBP值无明显变化(P0.05)。禁食后,禁食组的体重、BMI、腰围值均明显低于对照组(P0.05)。禁食期间,少数有胃部不适、头晕、乏力、口味变淡、腹胀、饥饿等不适感,但均可耐受。结论:中医禁食疗法用于代谢综合征人群,能够有效降低体重与血糖,调节血脂,减低高血压,但不会对正常血压产生影响。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fasting therapy in metabolic syndrome. Methods: 120 patients with metabolic syndrome in our hospital in May -2016 January 2015 were selected as the research object, and the randomized digital table was used to divide into the fasting group and the control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group did not do any treatment, the fasting group adopted fasting therapy. Results: after fasting, the TC, TG, LDL-C, FPG, 2h PG, SBP, and DBP were significantly lower than the control group after fasting, and HDL-C was significantly higher than the control group, and HDL-C was significantly higher than the control group. The SBP in the high blood pressure patients after fasting was significantly lower than the hypertensive patients, but not the hypertensive patients. SBP, DBP value did not change significantly (P0.05). After fasting, the weight, BMI, waist circumference of the fasting group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05). During the fasting, a few had stomach discomfort, dizziness, fatigue, palate dilute, abdominal distension, hunger and other discomfort, but could be tolerated. Conclusion: the use of traditional Chinese medicine for metabolic syndrome can effectively reduce weight and blood. Sugar can regulate blood lipids and reduce hypertension, but it will not affect normal blood pressure.
