柴桂温胆定志汤治疗癫痫患者的效果及脑电图变化分析

【摘要】：目的:探讨柴桂温胆定志汤对癫痫患者的临床疗效及对脑电图变化的影响。方法:选取2014年1月~2015年12月在河北医科大学第三医院确诊并进行治疗的74例癫痫患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法随机分为观察组及对照组各37例,两组患者均常规给予抗癫痫药物进行治疗,观察组同时给予柴桂温胆定志汤治疗,治疗3个月后进行疗效分析。结果:观察组患者的控显率显著高于对照组,意识状态、意识障碍持续时间、强直持续时间、抽搐持续时间及症状总积分均显著低于对照组(P0.05),血清IL-2、TNF-α含量均显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:柴桂温胆定志汤对癫痫患者具有较好的临床效果,能显著改善患者的癫痫发作症状。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Chai Gui Wentian Dingzhi decoction (QWDD) on epileptic patients and its effect on electroencephalogram (EEG). Methods: 74 epileptic patients who were diagnosed and treated in the third Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 37) and control group (n = 37). The patients in both groups were treated with antiepileptic drugs and those in the observation group were treated with Qaigui Wentian Dingzhi decoction and the curative effect was analyzed after 3 months of treatment. Results: the significant control rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The state of consciousness, the duration of disturbance of consciousness, the duration of ankylosis, the duration of convulsions and the total score of symptoms were all significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the content of serum IL-2 TNF- 伪 was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: Chaigui Wentian Dingzhi decoction has better clinical effect on epileptic patients and can significantly improve the epileptic seizure symptoms.
