论代脉的脉象特征及临床意义

【摘要】：在对古籍中有关代脉的论述进行梳理、归纳的基础上,结合西医学心血管理论探讨代脉的脉象特征及临床意义,认为代脉作为一个独立的脉象,其特征为"脉来一止,止有定数,良久方还",其脉率可以正常,也可偏快或偏慢。代脉的临床意义为"脏气衰微、七情惊恐、跌打损伤、风证、痛证及心脏疾患,也可以见于妇女妊娠和禀赋异常的常人"。临床应用中以"结、代脉交替出现或脉有间歇,时有规律,时无规律"等文字描述"脉结代"更为准确。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the discussion of the ancient books on the arteries and veins, the pulse characteristics and clinical significance of the veins are discussed in combination with the cardiovascular theory of Western medicine. It is considered that the vein is an independent pulse, which is characterized by "pulse one stop, a definite number and a long time". The pulse rate can be normal, and it can be fast or slow. The clinical significance of the pulse is the pulse rate. It is more accurate to describe "pulse junction" in clinical application, for "dirty gas decline, seven feelings panic, hit injury, wind syndrome, pain syndrome and heart disease."
