健脾泻浊汤治疗高脂血症（痰浊阻遏型）的临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察健脾泻浊汤治疗痰浊阻遏型高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:本次研究从黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院心内科门诊共筛选出符合诊断标准的患者64例,按照随机数字表将患者分成观察组和对照组,每组各32例。其中对照组服用血脂康胶囊治疗,观察组服用健脾泻浊汤治疗。3个月后观察患者治疗前后血脂四项指标(TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C)、血脂治疗总疗效以及中医症候总疗效和中医症候积分的变化。详细记录各项观察指标后进行统计学分析。结果:1.两组中医症候疗效总有效率分别为90.3%(观察组)和67.7%(对照组),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组中医症候积分分别下降至 5.54±3.85mmol/L(观察组)和 9.09土 4.74mmol/L(对照组),组间比较差异极有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。2.两组血脂治疗总有效率分别为87.0%(观察组)和80.6%(对照组),组间对比差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);两组血脂指标(TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C)治疗后均较前改善,前后对比差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后两组间TC、LDL-C、HDL-C水平两两对比差异无统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后观察组TG的水平下降为1.96±0.21 mmol/L,对照组TG的水平下降为2.20士 0.30 mmol/L,两组对比差异极有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:1.健脾泻浊汤能够有效改善痰浊阻遏型高脂血症患者血脂水平。2.健脾泻浊汤能够明显改善痰浊阻遏型高脂血症患者中医症候。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Xiezhuo decoction in treating hyperlipidemia of phlegm and turbid repressor type. Methods: a total of 64 patients were selected from the Department of Cardiology of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine. According to the random digital table, the patients were divided into observation group and control group with 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Xuezhikang capsule and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Xieshuo decoction. After 3 months of treatment, the changes of four indexes of blood lipids were observed before and after treatment. The observation indexes were recorded in detail and analyzed statistically. The result is 1: 1. The total effective rates of TCM symptoms in the two groups were 90.3 (observation group) and 67.7 (control group, the difference was statistically significant P < 0.05), and the score of TCM symptom in the two groups decreased to 5.54 卤3.85 mmol / L (observation group) and 9.09 卤4.74 mmol / L (control group, respectively). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.01). The total effective rates of blood lipid therapy in the two groups were 87.0 and 80.6 respectively (the control group), there was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). After treatment, there was no significant difference in the level of HDL-C between the two groups. After treatment, the level of TG in the observation group decreased to 1.96 卤0.21 mmol / L, and the level of TG in the control group decreased to 2.20 卤0.30 mmol / L, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). Conclusion 1. Jianpi Xiezhuo decoction can effectively improve the blood lipid level of hyperlipidemia patients with phlegm and turbid repression. Jianpi Xiezhuo decoction can obviously improve the syndrome of hyperlipidemia of phlegm and turbid repressor type.
