基于朝医四象医学理论的体感诱发电位(SEP)各参数男女间的比较

【摘要】:目的:以朝医四象理论为基础,应用现代科技仪器,电刺激上肢正中神经来检测其体感诱发电位(SEP),联合朝医体质辨象,观察和分析朝医四象人各体质类型在神经传导功能上的特点,探讨在朝医四象理论的基础上体感诱发电位各参数男女间的关系,希望能将其应用到朝医学的临床诊疗工作中,相信对朝医学的辨象诊断和临床治疗会提供一定的帮助,对朝医学的学术发展也会具有一定的积极意义。方法:实验室室温保持在25摄氏度左右,且湿度适中,除去检查设备,一些可发出电磁干扰的设备,仪器,如手机等,需关机或禁止带入,被试者需保持安静平稳的状态。①实验对象为延边大学160名健康在校生,其中男性61名,女性99名,年龄为18至24岁之间(平均年龄20.64±1.42岁),检测其体感诱发电位(SEP)。②所有志愿者根据本人实际情况自行填写辨象调查表。在自行填写调查表后,还要对志愿者进行图像信息的采集,分别采集全身正面、侧面及背面图像,还有面部正面特写图像。通过整理调查表,再对志愿者整体形态及头面部进行观察对比,进而由多名在临床工作中拥有丰富辨象经验的专家组,结合上述各种方式所采集到的信息,对志愿者们进行四象人体质类型的分辨工作。③应用体感诱发电位的检测应用肌电图诱发电位仪-海鲨-NDI-092(上海海神医疗电子仪器有限公司)来检测志愿者的体感诱发电位。实验进行时,志愿者呈闭目养神的状态,全身放松,在实验床上侧卧,心态放平静。应用电刺激左右正中神经分别检测160名志愿者的SEP。④检测正中神经SEP,需记录刺激开始至各诱发成分间的传导时间、波形及波幅等。⑤比较分析四象组间及四象组间男女、四象组内男女间体感诱发电位各波的参数。⑥对上述所得数据进行整理、统计、分析,探讨四象人体质各类型不同脏局所致的内环境与神经传导功能上的关联性。结果:①在160名志愿者中,太阴人94名,约占58.8%;少阳人39名,约占24.4%;少阴人25名,约占15.6%;太阳人2名,约占1.3%。在四象组间,太阴人在体重方面明显重于少阳人(P0.05),在年龄、身高方面无显著性差异(P0.05)。②左右体N13波潜伏期(N130nset,以下简称N13a)、N13波峰(N13Peak,以下简称N13b)、N13波结束时间(N13End,以下简称N13c)太阴人、少阳人以及少阴人之间均无明显差异(P0.05)。③太阴人右体N20波潜伏期(N200nset,以下简称 N20a)、N20 波峰(N20Peak,以下简称 N20b)、N20 波结束时间(N20End,以下简称N20c)均较少阳人延长,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);④太阴人右体N13波N20波潜伏期间期(N13 Onset-N20 Onset,以下简称N13a-N20a)和波峰间期(N13Peak-N20Peak,以下简称N13b-N20b)较少阳人、少阴人延长,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);⑤在少阳人组内,女性左体N13波峰(N13Peak,以下简称N13b)及N13b-N20b较男性延长,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:1.四象人一般情况:太阴人在体重方面明显重于少阳人(P0.05)。2.N20波:太阴人N20a、N20b、N20c较少阳人延长(P0.05);太阴人N20b、N20c较少阴人延长(P0.05)。左体:太阴人N20c较少阴人延长(P0.01)。3.N13-N20波:右体:太阴人N13a-N20a及N13b-N20b较少阳人及少阴人延长(P0.05);左体:太阴人N13b-N20b较少阴人延长(P0.05)。4.在少阳人组内,女性左体N13b、N13b-N20b较男性延长,(P0.05)。5.太阴人体质血浊气涩,而且平时对于油腻、甘甜、味道重的食物比较喜爱,性格上喜欢安静不爱运动,导致体内气血运行的状态没有其他象人那么通畅,因此在神经传导方面,体感诱发电位各波的参数与其它象体质相比有明显的延长。6.少阳人体质多阳少阴,喜动不喜静,在此基础上女性相对男性体质偏阴,且喜静,运动量比男性明显偏少,体内气血运行状态相对较慢,在神经传导方面体感诱发电位各波的参数对比男性有所延长,这种情况少阳人要比其它象体质更明显。

The relationship between women is expected to be applied to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of medical medicine.
