【摘要】：正患者,女,16岁。就诊日期:2016年4月11日。主诉:双眼视力下降,视物模糊、变形3个月。现病史:3个月前无明显诱因出现双眼视力下降,曾于省内某医院就诊,诊为"中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变",予以芪明颗粒、甲钴胺治疗,效一般,遂于千佛山医院门诊就诊。刻下症见:双眼视物不清、变形,无眼红、眼
[Abstract]:The patient was 16 years old. Date of visit: 11 April 2016. Main complaint: loss of binocular vision, blurred vision, deformed for 3 months.
