“脉之浮沉”刍议

【摘要】：古今学者所论述的脉之浮沉,绝大部分属于脉位之浮沉,且观点不一;而脉势之浮沉更是少有学者明确提及。只有全面地了解脉位和脉势的浮沉,才能在临床上更好地把握脉之浮沉,进而更准确地对疾病加以判断和推测预后。从脉位、脉势之浮沉的判断及其临床意义,以及四时正常脉象之浮沉等几个方面对脉之浮沉进行论述。
[Abstract]:Most of the floating and heavy veins discussed by ancient and modern scholars belong to the position of the veins, and their views are different, and the floating and sinking of the pulse potential is mentioned by few scholars. Only by fully understanding the position and potential of the pulse, can we better grasp the fluctuation of the pulse in clinic, and then judge the disease more accurately and speculate the prognosis. This paper discusses the floating and sinking of the pulse from the aspects of the position of the pulse, the judgment of the fluctuation of the pulse potential and its clinical significance, as well as the fluctuation of the normal pulse at 04:00.
