加味温脾通络开窍方治疗脾虚痰阻型阿尔茨海默病的临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:通过观察加味温脾通络开窍方对脾虚痰阻型阿尔茨海默病治疗后的临床疗效,评估其有效性及安全性。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例脾虚痰阻型阿尔茨海默病患者采用随机对照试验方法分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),其中,治疗组在口服盐酸多奈哌齐片基础上联合加味温脾通络开窍方治疗,对照组仅口服盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗。观察两组患者在治疗前和治疗两个月后的简易智能量表(MMSE)、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)的评分变化,及中医症状积分变化情况,评定其临床疗效。结果:(1)治疗组的临床总有效率为84.6%,对照组的临床总有效率为70.4%,两种干预措施均有疗效,且治疗组的有效率高于对照组(P0.05);(2)治疗后,治疗组的MMSE平均评分为24.54±2.23分,对照组的MMSE平均评分为22.93±2.83分,治疗组的MMSE平均评分高于对照组(P0.05);(3)治疗后,治疗组的ADL平均评分为35.04±5.88分,对照组的平均评分为38.11±5.17分,治疗组的ADL平均评分低于对照组(P0.05);(4)治疗后,两组患者中医症状积分变化情况比较,治疗组在改善智能减退、头昏身重、纳呆呕恶、气短懒言、面黄便溏症状方面优于对照组(P0.05);(5)治疗组患者用药后无明显毒副作用。结论:加味温脾通络开窍方治疗脾虚痰阻型阿尔茨海默病临床疗效显著,改善患者的认知功能,且无明显副作用,安全可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jiawei Wenpi Tongluo Kaiqiao recipe in treating Alzheimer's disease with spleen deficiency and phlegm obstruction. Methods: sixty cases of Alzheimer's disease with spleen deficiency and phlegm obstruction were divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Wenpi Tongluo Kaiqiao decoction on the basis of oral Donepezil Hydrochloride tablets, while the control group was only treated with Donepezil Hydrochloride tablet. To observe the scores of MMSE and ADL before treatment and two months after treatment, and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results the total effective rate was 84.6 in the treatment group and 70.4 in the control group. The two kinds of intervention measures were effective, and the effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the average score of MMSE in the treatment group was 24.54 卤2.23. The average score of MMSE in the control group was 22.93 卤2.83. The average score of MMSE in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the average score of ADL in the treatment group was 35.04 卤5.88, and the average score in the control group was 38.11 卤5.17. The average score of ADL in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after treatment. Comparing the changes of TCM symptom score between the two groups, the treatment group had no obvious side effects after treatment. The patients in the treatment group were better than those in the control group in improving their intelligence, dizziness, nausea, shortness of breath, slackness of breath, loose stools, and loose stools in the control group. Conclusion: Jiawei Wenpi Tongluo Kaiqiao recipe has a significant clinical effect in treating Alzheimer's disease with spleen deficiency and phlegm obstruction. It can improve the cognitive function of the patients without obvious side effects and is safe and reliable.
