从人的本土性研究扶阳法治疗老年慢性肾脏病3期的临床疗效

【摘要】：目的:通过论治慢性肾脏病,观察扶阳法治疗老年慢性肾脏病3期的临床疗效,为中医药治疗慢性肾脏病提供新思路与方法。方法:选择符合慢性肾脏病3期的西医诊断标准及符合中医脾肾阳虚的中医诊断标准的门诊病人60例,治疗组与对照组各30例,其中治疗组是在西医的基础上采用扶阳法,对照组只采用西医基础治疗。两组均观察3个月,分别观察治疗前后中医症状及中医症候积分的变化,并监测肾小球滤过率(eGFR)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)及血钾(K+)的变化。结果:1、总体疗效分析比较:治疗组的总有效率为86.67%明显优于对照组的53.34%,两组比较有统计学意义,治疗组临床总疗效优于对照组。2、中医症状积分比较:通过本次观察,治疗组患者在治疗后的症状积分较治疗前下降(P0.05)。3、中医临床症状比较:治疗组在改善中医症状方面优于对照组(P0.05)。4、肾功能比较:用扶阳方治疗老年慢性肾脏病患者肾功能的改善优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:运用扶阳法治疗CKD明显改善患者的临床症状,有效降低患者的血肌酐及尿素氮,提高肾小球滤过率,延缓本病病程的进展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Fuyang method in the treatment of chronic kidney disease in the elderly, and to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of chronic kidney disease with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: 60 outpatients, 30 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group, were selected from western medicine diagnostic criteria of chronic kidney disease stage 3 and TCM diagnostic criteria of deficiency of spleen and kidney yang, among which the treatment group was treated with Fuyang method on the basis of western medicine. The control group was treated only with western medicine. The changes of TCM symptoms and TCM symptom scores, glomerular filtration rate (GFRN), urea nitrogen bun (bun), serum creatinine (SCR) and serum potassium (K) before and after treatment were observed in both groups for 3 months. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%, which was significantly better than that of the control group (53.34%). There was statistical significance between the two groups. The total clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. After treatment, the symptom score of the patients in the treatment group was lower than that before treatment. The comparison of clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine (P0.05). 4. Comparison of renal function: the treatment of kidney with Fuyang prescription in the elderly patients with chronic kidney disease The improvement of function was better than that of control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of CKD with Fuyang method can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, reduce serum creatinine and urea nitrogen, increase glomerular filtration rate and delay the progress of the disease.
