韩世荣教授运用“上者上之”法治疗皮肤病举隅

【摘要】："上者上之"的治疗原则,由叶天士在《温热论》中提出,指出病在上焦,用药当投以轻清之品,使药力上达。陕西省名中医韩世荣教授认为,肺处上焦,外合皮毛,皮肤病的发病,常因由内外诸邪,客于肌肤所致,病位亦可归属于上焦。临证中,尊崇叶氏之法,运用"上者上之"的原则,在辨证论治的基础上擅用轻扬宣散,走上达表之品,驱邪外散,正气自复,临床确有实效,值得借鉴。
[Abstract]:The treatment principle of "the above" was put forward by Ye Tianshi in the Theory of temperature and Heat, pointing out that the disease is on the top of the coke, and the medicine should be used as the product of light and clear, so as to make the medicine more powerful. Professor Han Shirong, a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Shaanxi Province, believes that the incidence of skin diseases is often caused by internal and external pathogens, and by skin, and the location of the disease can also be attributed to the upper coke. In clinical syndrome, the law of respecting Ye's family, applying the principle of "superior person above", on the basis of differentiation of symptoms and signs, is good at using light propaganda and dispersing, walking up to the products of appearance, exorcising evil spirits, recovering from evil spirits, and clinical actual effect, which is worthy of reference.
