针刺推拿疗法对学龄期脑性瘫痪儿童平衡功能及害怕跌倒的影响

【摘要】：目的:观察针刺推拿疗法对脑性瘫痪患儿平衡能力及害怕跌倒的影响。方法:将60例学龄期痉挛型脑瘫儿童随机分为两组各30例,对照组接受推拿疗法,干预组在对照组基础上加用针刺疗法,干预3个月后采用Berg平衡量表(BBS)及修订版的跌倒效能量表(MFES)比较两组干预效果。结果:干预前,对照组BBS、MFES得分分别为(28.13±3.23)分、(2.67±0.85)分,干预组BBS、MFES得分分别为(28.45±3.57)分、(2.50±0.69)分,其差异均无显著性意义(P0.05)。干预后,对照组BBS、MFES得分分别为(31.83±4.12)分、(4.51±1.32)分,干预组BBS、MFES得分分别为(38.16±5.28)分、(7.17±1.56)分,各组患儿BBS、MFES得分均较干预前有所提高,差异有显著性意义(P0.05),且干预组得分明显高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。结论:针刺推拿疗法可以提高脑瘫患儿的平衡功能和跌倒自我效能水平,能积极改善患儿害怕跌倒的状况。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of acupuncture and massage therapy on balance ability and fear of falling in children with cerebral palsy. Methods: sixty school-age children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into two groups: 30 cases in each group. The control group received massage therapy, and the intervention group received acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group. After 3 months of intervention, Berg balance scale (BBS) and revised fall efficacy scale (MFESs) were used to compare the intervention effect between the two groups. Results: before intervention, the scores of BBSn MFES were 2.67 卤0.85 in the control group and 2.50 卤0.69 in the control group, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). After intervention, the scores of BBSn MFES in the control group were 31.83 卤4.12) and those in the intervention group were 4.51 卤1.32 and 7.17 卤1.56, respectively. The scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The difference was significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: acupuncture and massage therapy can improve the balance function and fall self efficacy of children with cerebral palsy.
