《黄帝内经》“肝生血”机制探析

【摘要】："肝生血"的理论观点是中医学有别于现代医学独特而相对完善的理论观点,其扩充了中医对气血生化的认识,为临床补血提供理论根据。《黄帝内经》提出"肝生血"观,究其机制与肝应春有促生、催生及生发作用从而促使气血得以生化;同时又与肝藏血为生血提供物质基础、肝助他脏以生血相关,其中包括肝主生发,助脾运化,促血气化生;肝吸纳清气助肺主气,形成宗气,而化生血气以及肝主生发和疏泄促进肾精化血。"肝生血"理论为临床从肝论治血虚提供了理论基础。
[Abstract]:The theory of "liver engendering blood" is a unique and relatively perfect theory point of view of traditional Chinese medicine, which expands the understanding of qi and blood biochemistry in traditional Chinese medicine and provides the theoretical basis for clinical tonifying blood. The "Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic" puts forward the view of "liver engendering blood". " The theory of "liver engendering blood" provides a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of blood deficiency from liver.
