【摘要】：目的:总结张明波教授针药并举治疗糖尿病多发性末梢神经病的临床经验。方法:通过临床跟师学习,结合跟师体会,总结张教授治疗糖尿病多发性末梢神经病治法方药、针刺选穴及调养疏导等临床经验和特点。结果:张教授治疗糖尿病多发性末梢神经病临床经验丰富,首先注重早期诊断和辨证,根据不同病机证候对证治疗。治疗特点多从瘀论治,张教授认为血瘀是贯穿该病始终的关键因素,因此治疗重在活血化瘀通络,兼用益气、温阳、养阴、清热、祛痰等法。此外,疗法特点为擅长针药结合的方式治疗该病。同时,重视预防调护和心理疏导。结论:导师以活血化瘀、通络止痛为基本治则,针药并举治疗糖尿病多发性末梢神经病,临床疗效显著,值得推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to summarize the clinical experience of professor Zhang Mingbo in the treatment of diabetes multiple peripheral neuropathy. Methods: the clinical experience and characteristics of Professor Zhang in the treatment of diabetes multiple peripheral neuropathy were summarized through clinical follow teacher study, acupuncture acupoint selection and nourishing and dredging. Results: professor Zhang had rich clinical experience in the treatment of diabetes multiple peripheral neuropathy. First, he paid attention to early diagnosis and syndrome differentiation. Professor Zhang believes that blood stasis is the key factor that runs through the disease, so the treatment is focused on activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals, and also using the methods of invigorating qi, warming yang, nourishing yin, clearing heat, expelling phlegm and so on. In addition, the treatment is characterized by a good combination of acupuncture and drugs to treat the disease. At the same time, pay attention to prevention, nursing and psychological counseling. Conclusion: the basic treatment principle is promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and treating diabetes multiple peripheral neuropathy with acupuncture and medicine, which is worth popularizing.
