清热化淤汤对老年胃食管反流病患者的疗效

【摘要】：目的观察分析清热化淤汤对老年胃食管反流病患者的疗效。方法选取该院2015年9月一2016年9月期间收治的老年胃食管反流病患者85例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采用常规西医治疗,观察组患者口服清热化淤汤治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗前两组患者在中医症候积分、MTL(血浆胃动素)水平、GAS(胃泌素)水平等方面对比差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的临床治疗有效率高于对照组(P0.05);观察组患者的中医症候积分低于对照组(P0.05);观察组患者的MTL、GAS水平均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论与常规西医治疗相比清热化淤汤在治疗老年胃食管反流病方面更具有优势,可以更有效的改善患者的临床症状,提高临床治疗的有效率,值得临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe and analyze the curative effect of Qingre Huayu decoction on the elderly patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods from September 2015 to September 2016, 85 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in control group were treated with routine western medicine, and patients in observation group were treated with Qingre Huayu decoction orally. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results there was no significant difference between the two groups in TCM symptom score and plasma motilin level and gastrin level before treatment (P 0.05). The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), the TCM symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the level of MTLGAs in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion compared with western medicine, Qingre Huayu decoction has more advantages in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease in the elderly, can improve the clinical symptoms of patients more effectively, improve the effective rate of clinical treatment, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
