食郁与冠心病的病机演变

【摘要】:食郁为六郁之一,其首先影响脾胃的升降功能,并继而从正虚与邪实两个方面不断演变和转化出其他可能导致冠心病发生发展的危险因素。故将食郁作为切入点,分析其促进冠心病病机演变的机制内涵,并提出可从调治食郁预防冠心病的学术思想。探讨食郁的致病机制,加深对食郁的理论认识,从食郁预防冠心病可能对临床降低冠心病的发病率等有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Firstly, it affects the function of spleen and stomach, and then evolves and transforms other risk factors which may lead to the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease. Therefore, this paper analyzes the mechanism connotation of promoting the evolution of pathogenesis of coronary heart disease, and puts forward the academic thought of preventing coronary heart disease from regulating and treating it. It is of great significance to probe into the pathogenic mechanism of eating depression, to deepen the theoretical understanding of it, and to prevent coronary heart disease from eating depression to reduce the incidence of coronary heart disease in clinic.
