消渴清治疗2型糖尿病阴虚热盛挟血瘀临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:本研究旨通过与糖脉康颗粒比较,观察消渴清对2型糖尿病阴虚热盛挟血瘀证,单用1种降糖药血糖控制不佳患者的中医证候改善作用及降糖作用。材料与方法:选取我科40例2型糖尿病阴虚热盛挟血瘀患者,已签署知情同意书者,随机分为试验组30例,对照组10例。单纯口服双胍类降糖药,磺脲类降糖药,或糖苷酶抑制剂血糖控制不佳者,应维持原方案不变,试验组给予消渴清颗粒,1袋/次;口服,3次/日。对照组给予糖脉康颗粒,1袋/次;口服,3次/日。疗程:12周。观察两组中医证候疗效、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、以及安全性指标。结果:消渴清治疗2型糖尿病阴虚热盛挟血瘀的临床疗效结果1.治疗后两组疗效比较有统计学意义(P0.05),与对照组比较,试验组疗效更优。2.治疗后两组空腹血糖结果比较,两者差异显著(P0.05);说明消渴清能够降低患者空腹血糖值,疗效优于对照组。3.治疗后两组餐后2小时血糖结果比较,两者差异显著(P0.05);说明消渴清能够降低患者餐后2小时血糖值,疗效优于对照组。4.治疗后中医症候积分比较,试验组有效率是96.2%,对照组为62.5%,两组差异显著(P0.05);说明消渴清能够改善患者临床症状,疗效优于对照组。结论:1.“消渴清”能够有效改善2型糖尿病阴虚热盛挟血瘀患者中医临床症状。2.“消渴清”可以降低空腹血糖、早餐后2小时血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: by comparing with Tangmaikang granule, this study observed the effect of Xiaoke Qing on syndrome of type 2 diabetes mellitus with yin deficiency and heat with blood stasis, and only one hypoglycemic drug. Materials and methods: 40 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with Yin deficiency and heat with blood stasis were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 30) and control group (n = 10). Those who took only biguanidine hypoglycemic drugs, sulfonylurea hypoglycemic drugs, or glucosidase inhibitors for blood glucose control should keep the same original plan. The experimental group should be given 1 bag of Xiaoke Qing granule and 3 times a day. The control group was given 1 bag of Tangmaikang granule and 3 times a day. Course of treatment: 12 weeks. The efficacy of TCM syndromes, fasting blood glucose, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and safety index were observed. Results: the clinical curative effect of Xiaoke Qing on type 2 diabetes mellitus was 1. After treatment, the curative effect of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the effect of the test group was better than that of the control group. After treatment, there was a significant difference between the two groups in fasting blood glucose, indicating that Xiaoke Qing could reduce the fasting blood glucose value of the patients, and the curative effect was better than that of the control group. 3. The results of 2 hours postprandial blood glucose in the two groups were significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), which indicated that Xiaoke Qing could decrease the blood glucose value of 2 hours after meal, and the curative effect was better than that of the control group. 4. The effective rate of the experimental group was 96.2g and that of the control group was 62.5.The difference between the two groups was significant (P0.05), which indicated that Xiaoke Qing could improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, and the curative effect was better than that of the control group. Conclusion 1. Xiaoke Qing can effectively improve the TCM clinical symptoms of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with yin deficiency and heat with blood stasis. Xiaoke Qing can reduce fasting blood glucose, 2 hours after breakfast blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin levels.
