略论持午与抑郁

【摘要】:抑郁的中医辩证分型有多种,但各种分型都牵涉脾胃气机不畅这一病机。中医认为过午不食是一种健康的饮食习惯,有助于养护脾胃功能,因而持午有助于预防和干预抑郁。从佛教来看,持过午不食戒有助于修行禅定,并且有大福报。抑郁的症状类似于《摩诃止观》所说的"魔病",智者提出对治魔病需要"深观行力"及"大神咒",而两者发挥作用都需要以禅定为前提,持午有助于禅定,因而有助于预防和对治抑郁。
[Abstract]:Traditional Chinese medicine has many kinds of syndrome types , but all kinds of typing involve the pathogenesis of spleen and stomach function . Traditional Chinese medicine considers that it is a healthy eating habit , which helps to conserve the function of spleen and stomach . It can help prevent and interfere with depression .
