清热消斑汤治疗多形红斑（血热型）的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察清热消斑汤对多形红斑(血热型)的临床疗效。方法:入选病例均来自2016年1月至2017年1月到黑龙江中医药大学附属一院皮肤科门诊,将符合标准的86例有效患者,随机分为2组,每组43例。治疗组给予清热消斑汤,日1剂,水煎服,分早晚2次饭后温服;对照组给予裸花紫珠片,一次2片,一日3次。1周为1个疗程,观察2个疗程。疗程结束后,记录两组患者皮损积分及生活质量评分,将记录的数据进行统计学分析。同时记录患者在治疗期间出现的不良反应,对药物的安全性进行分析。结果:治疗组的临床有效率为97.62%,对照组的临床有效率为76.19%,两组比较有差异性(P0.05),说明治疗组的疗效优于对照组。疗程结束治疗组皮损积分为1.12±1.94,对照组皮损积分为4.21±1.72,两组比较有差异性(P0.05),说明治疗组在改善多形红斑皮损面积、数目、严重程度、痒痛程度等方面治疗效果优于对照组;治疗组生活质量评分为1.50±2.42,而对照组为4.83±1.75,两组比较有显著性差异(P0.05),说明治疗组在改善多形红斑患者生活质量上优于对照组。结论:1、清热消斑汤能有效改善多形红斑患者皮损积分及生活质量;2、清热消斑汤是治疗多形红斑(血热型)安全有效的方剂。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Qingrexiaoban decoction on polymorphic erythema. Methods: all the patients were selected from January 2016 to January 2017 to the Department of Dermatology of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine. 86 effective patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups with 43 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Qingre Xiaoban decoction, 1 dose per day, water decoction, divided into morning and evening, two times after meals, while the control group was given bare flower purple beads tablet, 2 tablets once, 1 week 3 times a day as a course of treatment, 2 courses of treatment were observed. After the course of treatment, the score of skin lesion and quality of life were recorded and the recorded data were analyzed statistically. At the same time, the adverse reactions of the patients during treatment were recorded and the safety of the drugs was analyzed. Results: the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 97.62 and the clinical effective rate of the control group was 76.19.The difference between the two groups was P 0.05, which indicated that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. At the end of the course of treatment, the score of skin lesion in the treatment group was 1.12 卤1.94, and that in the control group was 4.21 卤1.72. There was a difference between the two groups (P 0.05), which indicated that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the area, number, severity and degree of itching pain of erythema. The quality of life score of the treatment group was 1.50 卤2.42, while that of the control group was 4.83 卤1.75. There was a significant difference between the two groups, indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the quality of life of the patients with polymorphic erythema. Conclusion 1, QRXD can effectively improve skin lesion score and quality of life (QOL) of patients with polymorphic erythema. Qingrexiaoban decoction is a safe and effective prescription for the treatment of polymorphic erythema (blood-fever type).
