穴位注射和中药茶“治未

【摘要】：目的:以中医"治未病"的理念探讨穴位注射和中药茶延缓去势雌性大鼠衰老的作用机制。方法:选取3月龄雌性SD大鼠156只,分为假手术组以及三大组群:次切组群、次全切组群和全切组群,每个组群里包含模型组、中药茶组、穴位注射组和中药茶+穴位注射组,每组12只。去势造模成模后,各中药茶组自由饮药;各穴位注射组注射丹红注射液。观察各组大鼠血清中雌二醇(E_2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)以及心脏组织中沉默信息调节因子2相关酶1(SIRT1)蛋白水平,以及子宫组织形态结构的变化。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠血清中E_2和心脏组织中SIRT1蛋白含量显著降低(P0.01),血清中FSH含量显著升高(P0.01);与模型组比较,各治疗组均能提高血清中E_2和心脏组织中SIRT1蛋白含量(P0.01),降低血清中FSH水平(P0.01);子宫组织形态显示各治疗组均能使子宫内膜上皮增厚,使间质致密、腺体增多、血管丰富。其中以次切组群中药茶+穴位注射组治疗效果最佳(P0.01)。结论:穴位注射和中药茶对去势大鼠有延缓衰老的功能,其机制可能是通过提高大鼠血清中雌激素以及组织中SIRT1蛋白的含量,降低血清中FSH水平,进而发挥其抗衰老的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the mechanism of acupoint injection and Chinese herbal tea in delaying the aging of ovariectomized female rats. Methods: 156 female Sprague-Dawley rats aged 3 months were divided into sham operation group and three groups: subtotal group, subtotal group and total group. Each group included model group, tea group, acupoint injection group and acupoint injection group. There were 12 rats in each group. After ovariectomized, each Chinese herbal tea group was free to drink and every acupoint injection group was injected with Dan Hong injection. The serum levels of estradiol, follicle stimulating hormone (FSHs) and silent signaling factor-2 related enzyme 1 sirt1 (sirt1) in serum of rats in each group were observed, and the changes of uterine structure were observed. Results: compared with the sham operation group, the serum EK2 and SIRT1 protein contents in the model group were significantly lower than those in the model group, while the FSH content in the serum was significantly increased in the model group, and compared with the model group, the content of FSH in the model group was significantly higher than that in the model group. Each treatment group could increase the content of EST1 protein in serum and heart tissue and decrease the level of FSH in serum P0.01.The uterine tissue morphology showed that the endometrial epithelium was thickened, interstitial dense, glands increased and blood vessels were abundant in each treatment group. Among them, the best treatment effect was P0.01in the group treated with Chinese herbal tea acupoint injection. Conclusion: Acupoint injection and traditional Chinese medicine tea can delay aging in ovariectomized rats. The mechanism may be to decrease the level of FSH by increasing the content of estrogen in serum and SIRT1 protein in tissue, and then to play its role in anti-aging of ovariectomized rats.
