年龄相关性白内障的中医研究和治疗进展

【摘要】：白内障是严重影响人们生活工作的致盲眼病,而年龄相关性白内障的发病率、致盲率均为当前最高的眼病之一。目前,现代医学对于本病的治疗多集中于白内障后期手术摘除,近10年来,中医中药在治疗和预防年龄相关性白内障发生发展方面占据着越来越重要的地位。文章总结了近五年来的中医中药治疗本病的有效特色方药、滴眼剂以及中医针灸、刺血疗法,为临床提供有价值的参考资料。
[Abstract]:Cataract is one of the most common eye diseases, and the incidence and blindness rate of age-related cataract are among the highest. At present, the treatment of this disease in modern medicine is mainly focused on the later stage of cataract extraction. In the past 10 years, traditional Chinese medicine has played an increasingly important role in the treatment and prevention of age-related cataract. This article summarized the effective characteristic prescription, eye drops, acupuncture and pricking blood therapy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for the treatment of this disease in recent five years, which provided valuable reference materials for clinical practice.
