历代医家注释“发表不远热,攻里不远寒”探析

【摘要】：通过分析历代医家对《内经》中"发表不远热,攻里不远寒"的注释,并结合文献进行分析,指出如下几点:(1)无论治疗表证里证,决定治疗方法的是疾病性质的本身,而不是时令气候。其关键在于病证真假。若是真寒,则不远热;若是真热,则不远寒。(2)"发表不远热,攻里不远寒"是"用热远热,用寒远寒"的一种特殊情况,"发表不远热"用于表寒之证,"攻里不远寒"用于里热之证。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of the commentary of the physicians of the past dynasties on "publishing not too much heat, attacking the li and not the cold" in the Classic of Internal Medicine and combining with the analysis of the literature, it is pointed out that the following points: 1) regardless of the treatment of syndrome and syndrome, it is the nature of the disease that determines the treatment method. Not the seasonal climate. The key lies in the truth and falsity of the disease. If it is really cold, it is not too hot; if it is really hot, it is not far from cold. A special case of "cold far away", "published not far heat" used to show cold, "attack not far cold" used in heat card.
