【摘要】：目的：探讨寻常型银屑病患者舌象与临床表现之间的相关性,客观分析中医舌象在寻常型银屑病诊断、治疗与转归中的影响。方法：本研究纳入寻常型银屑病患者116例,分别探讨寻常型银屑病患者的临床分期、中医证型及PASI与中医舌色、舌形、苔色、苔质的相关性。数据采用SPSS17.0软件分析寻常型银屑病患者中医舌象与临床表现的相关性。结果：116例寻常型银屑病患者临床分期与舌色、舌形具有相关性,其中与红舌、裂纹舌具有显著相关性(P0.01)；116例寻常型银屑病患者中医证型与舌色、舌形、苔色具有相关性,其中与红舌、瘀点舌、裂纹舌及苔黄具有显著相关性(P0.01)；116例寻常型银屑病患者PASI与舌色、舌形、苔色具有相关性,其中与红舌、裂纹舌及苔黄具有显著相关性(P0.01)。结论：寻常型银屑病患者临床分期、中医证型及PASI与舌象具有相关性。舌象反映寻常型银屑病临床分期及寻常型银屑病严重程度,判断脏腑寒热以及气血津液盈亏和输布情况。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the correlation between tongue picture and clinical manifestation of psoriasis vulgaris, and to analyze objectively the influence of tongue sign of traditional Chinese medicine on diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: 116 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were included in this study. The clinical stages, TCM syndromes and the correlation between PASI and tongue color, tongue shape, coating color and fur quality of psoriasis vulgaris were investigated. SPSS 17.0 software was used to analyze the correlation between TCM tongue picture and clinical manifestation in patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Results the clinical stages of 116 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were correlated with tongue color and tongue shape, among which there was a significant correlation with red tongue, cracked tongue and 116 patients with psoriasis vulgaris. There was a significant correlation between PASI and red tongue, blood stasis point tongue, cracked tongue and yellow fur in 116 patients with psoriasis vulgaris. There was a significant correlation between PASI and tongue color, tongue shape and coating color, among which there was a significant correlation with red tongue, cracked tongue and fur yellow. Conclusion: the clinical stage, TCM syndromes and PASI of psoriasis vulgaris are correlated with tongue appearance. The tongue picture reflects the clinical stage and severity of psoriasis vulgaris, and judges the cold and heat of viscera, the profit and loss of qi, blood and body fluid, and the distribution of qi and blood body fluid.
