穴位注射治疗偏头痛应用规律的研究

【摘要】：目的:通过对穴位注射治疗偏头痛(Migraine)近60年的文献进行整理和分析,研究穴位注射治疗偏头痛的选穴规律和用药特点,为穴位注射在临床上治疗偏头痛提供选穴、用药的依据和指导。方法:通过检索电子资料库相关期刊论文(CNKI)、维普资源系统数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(WF),提取符合纳入标准的文献资料,运用Microsoft Access、Excel对数据进行统计学分析。结果:1.在穴位注射治疗偏头痛文献中,使用频次较高、排名前6位的穴位依次为风池、太阳、百会、阿是穴、率谷、头维。单穴注射时,使用风池穴频率最高;两穴配伍中,风池和阳陵泉配伍频次最高。在选穴数量上,以选用1~3个穴位进行注射治疗为主,占64.2%。2.选用了足少阳胆经的13个穴位进行注射治疗,足太阳膀胱经的8个穴位进行注射治疗,手少阳三焦经的5个穴位进行注射治疗。3.注射药物中,使用频次最高的西药制剂为维生素B12(VB12)和利多卡因,使用频次最高的中药制剂为当归注射液。结论:1.穴位注射治疗偏头痛以选用1~3个穴位进行注射为主,腧穴的应用频次差异明显;用穴归经方面以足少阳胆经为主,以足太阳膀胱经和手少阳三焦经为辅。2.注射用药方面,单一用药为主,以2种药物混合使用为辅,其中西药制剂的应用频次高于中药制剂,而西药制剂中以维生素类和局麻药类为主;中药制剂中以当归注射液和川芎嗪注射液为主。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the law of point selection and the characteristics of drug use in the treatment of migraine by acupoint injection in recent 60 years, so as to provide points selection for clinical treatment of migraine by acupoint injection. The basis and guidance of medication. Methods: the full text database of Chinese periodical (CNKI), the database of VIP (VIP), the database of Wanfang (WF) were searched, and the data were extracted and analyzed by Microsoft access Excel. The result is 1: 1. In the literature of acupoint injection treatment of migraine, the most frequently used acupoints were Fengchi, Sun, Baihui, Ashi, Rangu and Hewei. The frequency of Fengchi point was the highest when single point injection, and the frequency of Fengchi and Yanglingquan compatibility was the highest. In the number of selected points, 1 ~ 3 acupoints were selected for injection therapy, accounting for 64.2%. 2. Thirteen points of foot Shaoyang gallbladder Meridian were selected for injection treatment, 8 points of foot Yang bladder Meridian were treated by injection, and 5 points of hand Shaoyang TriJiao Meridian were treated by injection. Vitamin B12 (VB12) and lidocaine (Lidocaine) were the most frequently used western medicine preparations and Angelica injection was the most frequently used Chinese medicine preparation. Conclusion 1. The treatment of migraine by acupoint injection mainly consisted of 1 ~ 3 acupoints, and the frequency of acupoints was significantly different, and the meridians of acupoints were mainly combined with the Meridian of foot Shaoyang, the bladder Meridian of foot Sun and the Sanjiao Meridian of hand Shaoyang. 2. In the aspect of injecting drug use, the single drug was mainly used, and the two drugs were used as the supplement, in which the frequency of western medicine was higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine, while the western medicine was mainly vitamin and local anesthetic. The traditional Chinese medicine preparation mainly consists of angelica injection and ligustrazine injection.
