黄芪建中汤加味治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察导师利用黄芪建中汤加味治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效,观察治疗前后患者外周血中CD4+/CD8+水平的变化,并就其探讨可能出现的作用机理。方法:将60例脾胃虚寒型慢性荨麻疹患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组:黄芪建中汤加味联合盐酸左西替利嗪分散片。对照组:祛风止痒口服液联合盐酸左西替利嗪分散片。观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后两组患者外周血中T淋巴细胞CD4+/CD8+的变化。结果:治疗结束后治疗组痊愈率60%,有效率93.33%;对照组治愈率为26.67%,总有效率为66.67%。两组痊愈率、总有效率比较有显著差异,具有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后外周血中CD4/CD8比值比治疗前有差异,无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后随访3个月,治疗组复发率22%,对照组复发率62.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:黄芪建中汤加味治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性荨麻疹较对照组有效率高、治愈率高,复发率低,其疗效好、安全性高。并对患者CD4+/CD8+水平有影响,其作用机理可能与调节患者的自身免疫有关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on chronic urticaria with deficiency of spleen and stomach, observe the changes of CD4 / CD8 level in peripheral blood before and after treatment, and discuss the possible mechanism. Methods: 60 cases of chronic urticaria with deficiency of spleen and stomach were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group: Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride dispersible tablets. Control group: Qufeng Zhiyang oral liquid combined with levcetirizine hydrochloride dispersible tablets. To observe the clinical effect of the two groups and the changes of T lymphocyte CD4 / CD8 in peripheral blood before and after treatment. Results: the cure rate of the treatment group was 60 and the effective rate was 93.333.The cure rate of the control group was 26.67 and the total effective rate was 66.67. The recovery rate and total effective rate of the two groups were significantly different (P0.05). The ratio of CD4 / CD8 in peripheral blood after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment (P0.05). The recurrence rate of the treatment group 22 and the control group 62.5, the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group. Conclusion: Huangqi Jianzhong decoction has higher effective rate, higher cure rate and lower recurrence rate in treating chronic urticaria with deficiency of spleen and stomach. The effect of CD _ 4 / CD _ 8 may be related to the regulation of autoimmunity.
