针刀松解枕后腱弓治疗枕神经卡压综合征的临床研究

【摘要】：目的观察针刀松解枕后腱弓治疗枕神经卡压综合征的临床疗效,并探讨其治疗方案的机制,为治疗枕神经卡压综合征提供操作规范、疗效确切、可重复操作的的临床治疗方案及临床依据。方法将60例枕神经卡压综合征患者按随机数字表法分成两组:针刀松解枕后腱弓组(即治疗组)和针刺项七针组(即对照组),各30例。对比观察两组患者在治疗前后VAS评分、BRS 6评分、ROM评分等方面的差异,将收集所得数据进行统计学分析,科学评价针刀松解枕后腱弓治疗枕神经卡压综合征的临床疗效。结果经统计学分析,两组患者治疗前后分别进行组内疗效比较,均有P0.05,说明有明显性差异;疗程结束后,对比两组组间临床疗效,P0.05,说明治疗后两组患者疗效评价有明显差异。结论两组方案治疗本病均有效;针刀松解枕后腱弓组疗效明显优于针刺项七针组;该方案为枕神经卡压综合征患者提供一种操作规范、高效、简便可靠的治疗方法,临床上有较好的治疗前景。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of releasing posterior occipital tendon arch with needle knife for occipital nerve compression syndrome, and to explore the mechanism of its treatment, and to provide the operation standard for the treatment of occipital nerve entrapment syndrome. Repeatable clinical treatment and clinical basis. Methods 60 patients with occipital nerve compression syndrome were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group (treated group) and the control group (30 cases). The differences of VAS score and BRS 6 score and ROM score between the two groups were observed before and after treatment. The data collected were statistically analyzed and the clinical effect of releasing the posterior occipital tendon arch with needle knife for occipital nerve compression syndrome was evaluated scientifically. Results by statistical analysis, the two groups were compared with each other before and after treatment (P 0.05), which indicated that there was significant difference, and after the end of the course of treatment, the clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups (P 0.05), which indicated that there was significant difference in the evaluation of the curative effect between the two groups after the treatment. Conclusion both groups are effective in the treatment of this disease, the curative effect of acupuncture knife releasing posterior occipital tendon arch group is better than that of acupuncture item seven needle group, this scheme provides a kind of operation standard, high efficiency, simple and reliable treatment method for patients with occipital nerve entrapment syndrome. There is a good prospect of treatment in clinic.
