灯盏生脉胶囊治疗缺血性中风疗效的系统评价

【摘要】：目的:系统评价灯盏生脉胶囊治疗缺血性中风的疗效。方法:检索Pubmed、中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库等,全面检索灯盏生脉胶囊治疗缺血性中风的随机对照试验,进行文献筛选、数据提取及方法学质量评价,采用Review Manager 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果:本研究纳入20个RCT,共3133名患者,Meta分析结果显示:(1)疗效方面,灯盏生脉胶囊在总有效率,中风量表评分方面优于对照组药物[RR=1.22,95%CI(1.10,1.35),P0.05;MD=-3.85,95%CI(-5.73,-1.98),P0.05],而在改良Rankin量表评分及Barthel指数等方面疗效相当[MD=-0.40,95%CI(-1.13,0.33),P=0.28;MD=2.57,95%CI(-11.13,16.28),P=0.71];(2)生化指标方面,灯盏生脉胶囊同传统药物相比,可改善纤维蛋白原及低密度脂蛋白等血清水平,差异具有统计学意义[MD=-1.15,95%CI(-2.05,-0.24),P0.05;MD=-0.64,95%CI(-0.89,-0.39),P0.05]。结论:目前临床证据表明,灯盏生脉胶囊治疗缺血性中风疗效确切。上述结果仍需高质量的随机对照试验进行客观评价。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy of breviscapine Shengmai capsule in the treatment of ischemic apoplexy. Methods: Pubmed, China Zhiwang, Weipu and Wanfang databases were searched, and the randomized controlled trial of Dengzhanshengmai capsule in treating ischemic apoplexy was searched. Literature screening, data extraction and evaluation of methodology quality were carried out. Meta-analysis was carried out with Review Manager 5.2 software. Results: twenty RCTs were included in this study. The results of Meta-analysis of 3133 patients showed that: (1) the total effective rate of Dengzengsheng Mai capsule was 1. The stroke scale score was better than that of the control group [RRRN 1.22995 CI (1.101.35) P0.05MD-3.85-95CI (-5.73U -1.98) P 0.05], but the effect on modified Rankin scale score and Barthel index was quite good [MD-0.4095CI (-1.130.33) P0.28MDT 2.5795 CI (-11.131316.28) P0.71]; (2) compared with traditional medicine, Dengshengmai capsule was more effective than traditional medicine. The serum levels of fibrinogen and low density lipoprotein were improved, and the difference was statistically significant [MD-1.1595 CI (-2.05 卤-0.24) P 0.05 + MD-0.64 + 95 CI (-0.89U -0.39) (P0.05)]. Conclusion: the clinical evidence shows that Dengshengmai capsule is effective in the treatment of ischemic apoplexy. These results still need to be evaluated objectively in a high-quality randomized controlled trial.
