三根方超声雾化喷喉治疗急性单纯性咽炎风热证临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察三根方超声雾化喷喉治疗急性咽炎风热证的临床疗效。方法:将60例急性单纯性咽炎风热证患者随机分为两组,治疗组用三根方煎液超声雾化,对照组用生理盐水超声雾化,治疗3 d,观察临床综合疗效和主要症状体征疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率93.75%,对照组总有效率10.71%,两组疗效有非常显著性差异(P0.01);三根方组能明显改善咽痛、咽干、咽痒、咳嗽、充血、水肿等症状体征。结论:三根方超声雾化喷喉治疗急性单纯性咽炎风热证有显著疗效,值得扩大样本含量进一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Sangan recipe for treating acute pharyngitis with wind-heat syndrome. Methods: sixty cases of acute simple pharyngitis with wind-heat syndrome were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group was treated by ultrasonic atomization with Sangan decoction, and the control group was treated with normal saline ultrasonic atomization for 3 days. The clinical comprehensive curative effect and the main symptoms and signs were observed. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75 and the total effective rate of the control group was 10.71. There was a very significant difference between the two groups (P0.01), and the Sangan prescription group could obviously improve the symptoms and signs of pharynx pain, pharynx dry, pharynx itch, cough, congestion, edema and so on. Conclusion: Sangan prescription has remarkable curative effect in treating acute simple pharyngitis with wind-heat syndrome, and it is worth further study.
