三七化瘀口服液对外伤性股骨干闭合粉碎性骨折高危人群围术期的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨三七化瘀口服液(三七、延胡索)对外伤性股骨干闭合粉碎性骨折高危人群围术期的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的120例患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用低分子肝素钙注射液治疗,治疗组加用三七化瘀口服液,分别于术前、术后1、3、7 d检测观察2组患者血清中白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和D二聚体(D-D)水平及药物不良反应。结果术前,2组患者血清中IL-6、TNF-α和D-D水平差异均无统计学意义;术后1 d,2组患者血清中IL-6、TNF-α和D-D水平均呈升高趋势,升高程度相当,差异无明显统计学意义;术后3 d,2组患者血清中IL-6、TNF-α和D-D水平开始呈下降趋势,且治疗组下降更明显,差异有统计学意义;术后7 d,2组患者血清中IL-6、TNF-α和D-D水平均低于术前,且治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论三七化瘀口服药能有效降低高危人群围术期IL-6、TNF-α和D-D水平,并可预防深静脉血栓形成。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of 37 Huayu oral liquid (37, corydalis) on the perioperative period of high risk group of traumatic fracture of femoral shaft. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group was treated with Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium Injection, and the treatment group was treated with 37 Huayu oral liquid, respectively. Before operation, the serum levels of interleukin -6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF- a) and D two polymer (D-D) and adverse drug reactions were detected by 1,3,7 d after operation. The results showed that there was no significant difference in serum IL-6, TNF- alpha and D-D levels in the serum of the 2 groups before operation, and 1 d after operation. The levels of IL-6 in the serum of the 2 groups were increased. There was no significant difference in the level of elevation, and the level of IL-6, TNF- A and D-D in the serum of 3 d after operation began to decline, and the decrease of the treatment group was more obvious, and the difference was statistically significant. The serum levels of IL-6, TNF- A and D-D in the 2 groups of patients were lower than those before the operation, and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion 37 Huayu oral medicine can effectively reduce perioperative IL-6, TNF- and D-D levels and prevent deep vein thrombosis in high-risk population.
