中医卒中护理方案综合防治老年脑梗死急性期及其对护理满意度的影响

【摘要】：目的观礼中医卒中护理方案综合防治老年脑梗死急性期及其对护理满意度的影响。方法将72例患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组应用常规西医治疗及护理,实验组则在此基础上应用中医护理方案,两组均治疗护理4周。护理结束后,比较两组患者临床疗效及症状积分变化情况,并利用调查问卷的形式,统计对比患者对护理工作的满意程度。结果实验组临床总有效率为91.67%,明显高于对照组的80.56%(P0.05);护理结束后,患者半身不遂、口眼歪斜、头痛眩晕的临床症状积分指标均有下降(P0.05),表明实验组治疗效果明显;实验组对护理工作的满意率为97.22%,高于对照组的83.33%。结论中医护理方案内容丰富,利用中医辨证论治思想为患者提供有效的护理方式,改善老年脑梗死患者体质,缓解急性病情,从多个角度纠正脑梗死的发病机制,对脑梗死患者有较好的防治效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the comprehensive prevention and treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its effect on nursing satisfaction. Methods Seventy-two patients were randomly divided into two groups: the control group was treated with routine western medicine and nursing care, while the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing program. The two groups were treated and cared for 4 weeks. After nursing, the changes of clinical efficacy and symptom score were compared between the two groups, and the satisfaction degree of nursing work was statistically compared with the form of questionnaire. Results the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 91.67, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.56%, P0.05), and the clinical symptom scores of the patients with hemiplegia, obliquity of mouth and eye, headache and vertigo were all decreased after nursing care (P0.05), which indicated that the treatment of the experimental group was effective. The satisfaction rate of nursing work in the experimental group was 97.22, which was higher than that in the control group (83.33). Conclusion the nursing plan of TCM is rich in contents. The idea of TCM dialectical treatment is used to provide effective nursing methods for patients with cerebral infarction, to improve the physique of senile patients with cerebral infarction, to alleviate the acute condition, and to correct the pathogenesis of cerebral infarction from many angles. It has a good effect on prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction.
