滋阴消瘿方治疗甲状腺功能亢进症（Graves病）肝肾阴虚、毒损缨络证的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:通过观察滋阴消瘿方联合甲巯咪唑片对甲状腺功能亢进症肝肾阴虚、毒损缨络证患者的临床症状、体征及实验室指标的影响,客观探讨其治疗病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将肝肾阴虚、毒损缨络证的甲亢患者60例按随机分配为治疗组和对照组,每组为30例。治疗组使用滋阴消瘿方联合甲巯咪唑片治疗,滋阴消瘿方颗粒剂冲服l00ml,每次50ml,日2次;甲巯咪唑片,10-20mg日2次口服。对照组单纯使用甲巯咪唑片治疗,药物厂家、规格,服用方法、疗程同前。治疗时间30天为一个疗程。治疗3个疗程后,观察治疗前后患者的临床症状、体征,实验室指标,临床疗效及并进行安全性检测。结果:经过3个疗程后,结果显示治疗组综合疗效总有效率为90.00%;对照组综合疗效总有效率为73.33%;治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。治疗前后甲状腺功能、中医证候疗效比较,治疗组与对照组差异具有显著性,P0.05。提示中药治疗组能明显改善临床症状,疗效优于对照组。结论:滋阴消瘿方联合甲巯咪唑片治疗甲亢效果确切,可有效改善甲状腺功能,效果优于单纯应用甲巯咪唑片。滋阴消瘿方联合甲巯咪唑片可显著改善甲亢患者中医临床症状。通过此项研究,证实毒损缨络理论在临床上具有一定的实用价值,值得进一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effects of Ziyin Xiaoying recipe combined with mercapto tablet on the clinical symptoms, physical signs and laboratory indexes of patients with hyperthyroidism with liver-kidney yin deficiency and toxic damage and tassel collaterals, and to explore objectively the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of hyperthyroidism. Methods: sixty cases of hyperthyroidism with deficiency of liver and kidney yin and toxin were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Ziyin Xiaoying recipe combined with methimidazole tablet. Ziyin xiaoying prescription granule was given orally at 50 ml twice a day and 10-20 mg of methimidazole tablet twice a day. The control group was only treated with methimazole tablets, drug manufacturers, specifications, taking methods, the course of treatment was the same as before. The treatment time was 30 days as a course of treatment. After 3 courses of treatment, the clinical symptoms, signs, laboratory indexes, clinical efficacy and safety of the patients before and after treatment were observed. Results: after three courses of treatment, the results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00g and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33.The curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group. Thyroid function and TCM syndromes before and after treatment were significantly different between the treatment group and the control group (P 0.05). It is suggested that the treatment group can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and the curative effect is better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Ziyin Xiaoying prescription combined with mercapto tablet is effective in treating hyperthyroidism and can effectively improve thyroid function. Ziyin Xiaoying recipe combined with mercapto tablets can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of hyperthyroidism patients. Through this study, it is proved that the theory of toxic tassel has certain practical value in clinic, and it is worthy of further study.
