针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的CiteSpace知识图谱可视化分析

【摘要】：目的:通过分析近15年针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究,总结此领域近期研究方向及梳理知识结构。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)中关于针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的相关文献。经Refworks格式转换后,利用CiteSpace软件生成针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症相关文献的作者、研究机构和关键词的共现图谱,并进行分析。结果:图谱共有701位作者被纳入,其中有11位作者发文量≥3篇;图谱共有740所机构被纳入,其中有20所机构发文量≥3篇;形成的图谱后共有149个关键词被纳入,其中有13个关键词出现频次≥20次。结论:针对针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究,需要规范命名,加强机构间合作,促进作者间的联系与沟通,合理构建治疗体系,对于已研究的疗法进行更深层面的探究,并在已形成体系的疗法基础上探索出新型疗法。
[Abstract]:Objective: To summarize the recent research on the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by Acupuncture and moxibustion for the last 15 years, summarize the recent research direction and knowledge structure in this field. Methods: retrieval of relevant literature on acupuncture treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc in Chinese Moxibustion (CNKI). After Refworks format conversion, it is used to generate acupuncture and moxibustion for lumbar disc herniation A total of 701 authors were included, including 11 authors or more than 3, and 740 organizations were included in the map, of which 20 organizations had more than 3 texts, and 149 key words were included, 13 of which were key. The occurrence frequency of the words is more than 20 times. Conclusion: according to the study of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, it is necessary to standardize the name, strengthen the cooperation between the institutions, promote the connection and communication between the authors, rationally construct the treatment system, make a deeper exploration of the studied therapy, and explore the new therapy on the basis of the formed system therapy.
