小强度运动对中医阴虚、气虚人群体质及相关机能的研究

【摘要】:目的:以中医偏颇体质中两种常见的虚型体质(阴虚型、气虚型)作为研究对象,选用太极拳作为小强度的运动方式进行为时12周的干预。通过观察两种中医虚型体质人群参与小强度运动(太极拳)后中医体质及机体功能的动态变化,探求小强度运动是否适合阴虚和气虚体质人群以及更适合哪一种虚型体质。为阴虚体质、气虚体质人群科学锻炼促进健康提供理论依据,同时也为树立不同中医体质人群适宜运动的理论和发扬辨体施动、以动调体纲领做一个初步的探索。方法:随机在四川省骨科医院参与了中医体质辨识测试并显示体质为阴虚体质或气虚体质,年龄在20-30岁的人群中抽取60人作为研究对象,随机分成试验组和对照组,选取太极拳作为小强度的运动方式,运动时佩戴心率表同步监测心率以此控制运动强度,通过对测试运动前后心肺功能(心率无氧阈时摄氧量VO2)、中医体质评分、下肢肌肉力量等指标观察比较分析,了解小强度的运动分别对阴虚体质和气虚体质人群其中医体质及身体相关机能指标的影响。结果:1、经过为期12周的运动干预后,气虚对照组和阴虚对照组与各自组前后比较,体质量表积分无明显变化(P0.05);气虚试验组和阴虚试验组与各自组前后比较,体质量表积分均有降低,但阴虚试验组无显著性差异(P0.05),气虚试验组的体质量表积分与干预前相比有显著性差异(P0.05);经过为期12周的运动干预后,阴虚试验组的体质量表积分改善率为80%,气虚试验组的体质量表积分改善率为93.3%,气虚试验组体质改善效果优于阴虚组。提示小强度运动对气虚体质改善作用更明显,气虚体质人群更加适宜小强度的运动。2、经过为期12周的运动干预,阴虚对照组和气虚对照组心肺功能(心率无氧阈摄氧量VO2)无明显改变;阴虚试验组心肺功能(心率无氧阈摄氧量VO2)有提高的趋势,但无统计学差异(P0.05),气虚试验组心肺功能(心率无氧阈摄氧量VO2)提高较为明显,与干预前相比有显著差异(P0.05);干预结束气虚试验组心肺功能与阴虚体质相比无显著差异(P0.05),但气虚试验组心肺功能指标上升趋势更明显,提示小强度运动能提升机体心肺功能,气虚体质的心肺功能较阴虚体质改善作用更为明显,因此小强度的运动强度更加适宜气虚体质人群。3、经过为期12周的运动干预,气虚对照组和阴虚对照组的下肢肌肉力量无明显变化(P0.05);气虚试验组和阴虚试验组的下肢肌肉力量分别与之干预前相比均有提高,但阴虚、气虚试验组与干预前比较无明显差异(P0.05)。提示小强度运动对阴虚、气虚体质下肢肌肉力量均有改善作用。结论:针对于阴虚体质和气虚体质,小强度的运动方式是一种改善体质、促进健康行之有效的方法,对中医气虚体质尤为适合。所以在给中医阴虚、气虚体质者进行科学运动锻炼时应当建议其选用类似太极拳、太极剑、五禽戏、慢步走等小强度运动方式。科学合理的选用适宜强度的锻炼方法能更好的纠正偏颇体质,通过一定时间的坚持练习达到以动调体的目的,从而提升身体健康状态。
[Abstract]:Objective: taking two common virtual physique (yin deficiency type and Qi deficiency type) as the research object, Taijiquan was used as a small intensity exercise for the intervention of 12 weeks. The dynamic changes of traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution and body function after small intensity exercise (Taijiquan) were observed through the observation of two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine virtual physique. In the hospital of Department of orthopedics in Sichuan Province, we randomly participated in the physical constitution identification test of traditional Chinese medicine and showed that the constitution was Yin deficiency constitution or qi deficiency constitution. 60 people aged 20-30 years were selected as the research object and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. It suggests that the small intensity exercise can improve the muscle strength of the lower extremities of yin deficiency and Qi deficiency. Conclusion: the small intensity exercise is a method to improve the Constitution and promote health and effective. Quality is especially suitable. So in the course of giving traditional Chinese medicine Yin deficiency and Qi deficiency, people should recommend it to choose small intensity sports like Taijiquan, Taiji sword, five birds play, slow step and so on. The scientific and reasonable selection of suitable intensity exercise method can better correct the biased constitution, and achieve the action through a certain time of insistence practice. The purpose of the body adjustment to improve the health of the body.
