丹七活血丸治疗血瘀证冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

【摘要】：目的：观察丹七活血丸对血瘀证冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者的中医症候疗效、生活质量的影响,进行疗效观察,以评价丹七活血丸对血瘀证冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的中医治疗效果及对生活质量的影响。方法：临床收集60例不稳定型心绞痛血瘀证患者,年龄在18～80岁之间,按照随机取样原则将患者分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上联合应用丹七活血丸治疗,疗程均为一周(7日)。治疗一周(7日)后,观察并比较两组患者治疗前后及两组之间中医症候积分、中医症候疗效、生活质量的变化。结果：治疗前后中医症候疗效比较：治疗组总有效率为93.34%,对照组总有效率为80%；无统计学意义(P≥0.05)。治疗前后生活质量比较：治疗后两组在身体活动受限程度(PL)、心绞痛稳定状况(AS)、疾病认识程度(DP)的差值(P0.05),有统计学意义；在心绞痛发作情况(AF)、治疗满意程度(TS)的差值(P≥0.05),无统计学意义。结论：丹七活血丸对血瘀证冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的中医症候疗效可能改善。丹七活血丸可能改善血瘀证冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者在身体活动受限程度(PL)、心绞痛稳定状况(AS)、疾病认识程度(DP)的生活质量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of Danqi Huoxue Pill on TCM symptoms and quality of life in patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with blood stasis syndrome. To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Danqi Huoxue Pill on unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with blood stasis syndrome and its effect on quality of life. Methods: sixty patients with unstable angina pectoris and blood stasis syndrome were collected and divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30) according to the principle of random sampling. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, the treatment group was treated with Danqi Huoxue pills on the basis of the control group, the course of treatment was one week (7 days). After one week (7 days) treatment, the changes of TCM symptom score, TCM symptom curative effect and quality of life were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: the total effective rate of TCM before and after treatment was 93.34 in the treatment group and 80 in the control group (P > 0.05). Comparison of quality of life before and after treatment: the difference of physical activity restriction (PL), angina pectoris stability (as) and disease awareness (DP) between the two groups after treatment (P0.05) was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in treatment satisfaction (TS) between patients with angina pectoris (AF) and angina pectoris (AF) (P > 0.05). Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of Danqi Huoxue Pill on unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with blood stasis syndrome may be improved. Danqi Huoxue Pill may improve the quality of life of patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with blood stasis syndrome in terms of limited physical activity (PL), stable angina pectoris (as), and degree of disease awareness (DP).
