王氏崩漏1号方治疗崩漏（血瘀型）的临床研究

【摘要】：目的运用王氏崩漏1号方对血瘀型崩漏患者进行治疗,通过临床的实际应用观察其在崩漏出血期的止血效果及对中医证候的改善情况,为临床应用提供理论支持和科学依据。方法将符合诊断标准、纳入标准、排除标准的120例血瘀型崩漏患者,采用随机单盲法分为治疗组60例(给予王氏崩漏1号方治疗),对照组60例(给予逐瘀止血汤治疗)。2组均采取在出血期用药的方法,3天为一个治疗周期,治疗3个周期,观察两组患者止血疗效,治疗前后临床中医证候的改善,总体疗效,子宫内膜厚度的变化,记录相关数据并进行统计分析。两组通过自身治疗前后的对照及组间比较综合评定临床疗效。结果1.两组患者的一般资料及治疗前基线病情方面,两组组间比较(P0.05),具有可比性。2.止血疗效方面治疗组有效率为93.3%,对照组有效率为81.67%,王氏崩漏1号方止血效果优于对照组(P0.05)。3.中医临床证候改善方面两组患者治疗后中医证候均有改善(P0.01);王氏崩漏1号方对崩漏患者中医证候的改善更显著,明显优于对照组(P0.05)。4.子宫内膜厚度两组患者治疗后均可降低子宫内膜厚度(P0.01),但治疗组明显优于对照组(P0.05)。5.总体疗效评价方面治疗组治疗后有效率为96.67%,对照组治疗后总有效率81.67%,治疗组总体疗效明显优于对照组(P0.05)。6.两组患者在治疗期间均未出现任何不良反应。结论王氏崩漏1号方治疗血瘀型崩漏安全有效,止血效果、临床总体效果显著,且明显优于对照组,能有效改善临床中医证候,降低子宫内膜的厚度,值得临床运用和推广。
[Abstract]:Methods 120 patients with blood stasis type insipidus were included in the diagnostic criteria and excluded from the criteria. The hemostatic effect, the improvement of TCM syndrome, the total curative effect and the change of endometrial thickness before and after treatment were observed, and the relevant data were recorded and analyzed statistically. The clinical efficacy was evaluated by comparison and comparison between the two groups before and after self-treatment. Result 1. The effective rate of hemostatic effect was 93.3in treatment group and 81.67m in control group.
