补肾养血膏方在肱骨外科颈骨折手术后的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察补肾养血膏方在肱骨外科颈骨折切开复位钢板内固定术后治疗的临床疗效。方法:本观察病例均来自广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院2014年1月~2015年1月间行住院手术治疗的肱骨外科颈骨折患者60例,患者随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例。观察组采用切开复位钢板内固定术配合早期服用补肾养血膏方治疗;对照组采用切开复位钢板内固定术治疗。术后两组都进行肩关节功能锻炼。比较两组肩关节功能恢复情况及临床治疗效果。结果:所有患者均获6~12个月的随访(平均随访8个月)。所有患者没有出现术后感染、内固定物松动、移位或者断裂等并发症。观察组与对照组在Neer肩关节功能评分及临床效果等方面的比较具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结果按Neer肩关节评分系统对两组患者术后肩关节功能进行评分,观察组优25例,良4例,可1例,差0例,优良率96.7%;对照组优18例,良7例,可3例,差2例,优良率83.3%;两组患者临床疗效比较,观察组治愈21例,好转9例,未愈0例;对照组治愈13例,好转17例,未愈0例。结论:补肾养血膏方在肱骨外科颈骨折术后使用,具有改善局部血液循环,促进骨折愈合,肩关节功能恢复满意等优点。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Bushen Yangxue ointment on open reduction and internal fixation of humeral surgical neck fracture. Methods: all the 60 cases of humeral surgical neck fracture treated by operation from January 2014 to January 2015 in Ruikang Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into observation group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The observation group was treated with open reduction plate internal fixation and early treatment with Bushen Yangxue ointment, while the control group was treated with open reduction plate internal fixation. The function of shoulder joint was performed in both groups after operation. To compare the recovery of shoulder joint function and the effect of clinical treatment between the two groups. Results: all patients were followed up for 6 ~ 12 months (mean 8 months). No postoperative infection, internal fixation loosening, displacement or rupture were found in all patients. Observation group and control group in Neer shoulder function score and clinical effect were statistically significant (P0.05). Results according to Neer's shoulder joint scoring system, 25 cases of excellent, 4 cases of good, 1 case of fair, 0 case of poor, excellent and good rate of 96.7in the observation group, 18 cases of excellent, 7 cases of good, 3 cases of fair, 2 cases of poor in the control group. There were 21 cases cured, 9 cases improved and 0 cases uncured in the observation group, 13 cases were cured, 17 cases improved, and 0 cases were not recovered in the control group. Conclusion: the application of Bushen Nourishing Blood Ointment in humeral surgical neck fracture has the advantages of improving local blood circulation, promoting fracture healing, and satisfactory recovery of shoulder joint function.
