风火候偏头痛缓解期DTI特点研究

【摘要】:目的:研究偏头痛风火候患者弥散张量成像(DTI)特点,探索偏头痛风火候患者的的脑功能、结构基础。方法:于山东中医药大学在校大学生中招募23例偏头痛风火候患者与25名年龄、性别及受教育程度相匹配的健康志愿者,进行3.0T核磁共振颅脑扫描,获取受试者DTI(弥散张量成像)图像,通过PANDA核磁图像处理软件,进行TBSS分析及纤维追踪,观察患者组与健康志愿者在大脑功能及结构上的差异。结果:通过PANDA进行TBSS分析,输出分析结果于Matlab中显示风火候偏头痛组患者脑区FA值相较于健康对照组在5个脑区显现降低(P0.05),分别为右侧小脑、右侧颞叶、右侧枕叶、胼胝体、右侧扣带回。偏头痛组与健康对照组AD值差异不明显,P0.05无统计学意义。结论:风火候偏头痛组相对于健康对照组,脑区FA值下降,提示脑区的微观结构发生改变,同时改变脑区功能与偏头痛发作时症状对应。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the characteristics of diffusive Zhang Liang imaging in patients with migraine wind and fire, and to explore the brain function and structural basis of patients with migraine wind and fire. Methods: 23 patients with migraine and fire and 25 healthy volunteers matched with age, sex and education were recruited from Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine to perform 3.0T MRI brain scan. DTI images were obtained and analyzed by PANDA nuclear magnetic field image processing software. The difference of brain function and structure between patients and healthy volunteers was observed. Results: using PANDA to analyze TBSS, the results of output analysis in Matlab showed that the FA value of brain area in patients with rheumatic migraine was significantly lower than that in healthy control group (P0.05), namely, right cerebellum, right temporal lobe, right occipital lobe, corpus callosum, respectively, in the right cerebellum, right temporal lobe, right occipital lobe and corpus callosum. Right cingulate gyrus. There was no significant difference in AD value between migraine group and healthy control group (P0.05). Conclusion: compared with the healthy control group, the FA value of the brain region in the wind-fire migraine group decreased, suggesting that the microstructural changes in the brain region and the change of brain function correspond to the symptoms at the time of migraine attack.
