基于肿瘤微环境病机的抗癌策略探讨

【摘要】：肿瘤微环境的免疫抑制和能量代谢障碍在病机上以脾虚为主,甚则及肾。肿瘤微环境对肿瘤细胞进行了重新编程,是癌毒转化的关键因素,并赋予肿瘤干细胞(CSCs)分化潜能和干性,CSCs是至虚之处的毒根深藏。扶正祛邪是改善肿瘤微环境的中医抗癌总纲。理解扶正与祛邪的关系,扶正能否调控微环境改变肿瘤细胞与CSCs之间的转化?祛邪能否拔除癌毒而改善微环境?在肿瘤微环境与中医抗癌策略之间建立沟通,体现中医整体观在癌症辨治方面的智慧。
[Abstract]:Immunosuppressive and energy metabolism disorders in tumor microenvironment were mainly spleen deficiency and kidney. Tumor microenvironment reprogramming tumor cells is the key factor of carcinotoxic transformation and endows tumor stem cells with the potential of differentiation and dryness. Nourishing qi and dispelling evil is the general principle of anti-cancer of traditional Chinese medicine to improve the microenvironment of tumor. Understanding the relationship between Fuzheng and dispelling evil, can Fuzheng regulate the microenvironment to change the transformation between tumor cells and CSCs? Can remove cancer poison and improve microenvironment? To establish a communication between tumor microenvironment and TCM anticancer strategy, to reflect the wisdom of TCM holistic view in cancer differentiation and treatment.
