中医疗效评价中舌象研究重要性探析

【摘要】：舌诊是中医的特色诊法中望诊的重要组成部分,望舌可以直观且灵敏的反映机体脏腑气血盛衰,可为中医辨证、辨病、诊断及预后提供较为客观的参考依据。文章从舌象判断疗效的历史源流及当前的临床应用等方面进行分析,认为舌象参数的变化一定程度上与现代医学指标具有相关性,舌象变化的动态测量可明确病证诊断、病程及病情变化情况、测知诊疗方法疗效和了解疾病转归和预后,是中医疗效评价中不可分割的一部分。
[Abstract]:Tongue diagnosis is an important part of the characteristic diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine. It can be used as an objective reference for TCM syndrome differentiation, disease differentiation, diagnosis and prognosis. Based on the analysis of the history and current clinical application of tongue image, it is concluded that the change of tongue image parameters is related to modern medical indexes to some extent, and the dynamic measurement of tongue image change can confirm the diagnosis of disease and syndromes. The course of disease, the condition of disease, the curative effect of diagnosis and treatment, the outcome and prognosis of the disease are integral part of the evaluation of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).
