电针结合饮食控制治疗单纯性肥胖的临床研究
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with diet control in the treatment of simple obesity. Through the clinical observation of patients with simple obesity treated by electroacupuncture combined with diet control, the effect of electroacupuncture combined with diet control and simple diet control on simple obesity was compared, and the best method of treating obesity was found. Improve the recovery rate and reduce sequelae. Methods 90 patients with simple obesity were randomly divided into three groups: 30 patients were treated with electroacupuncture combined with diet control, the other 30 patients received simple electroacupuncture therapy and 30 patients received simple diet control therapy. After three stages of treatment, the final obesity index (body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, thigh circumference, calf circumference, upper arm circumference, body mass index, body fat ratio, visceral fat content) was evaluated in each patient. All statistical data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software. Results the body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, thigh circumference, shank circumference, upper arm circumference, body mass index, body fat ratio of the three groups after electroacupuncture combined with diet control therapy, simple electroacupuncture therapy and simple diet control therapy, The content of visceral fat decreased. The body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, body mass index (BMI), fat and VFA of patients in electroacupuncture combined with diet control group were all decreased after treatment, and there was significant difference between before and after treatment (P0.01). The body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, body mass index (BMI) and VFA decreased in the electroacupuncture group after treatment. There were significant differences in these indexes before and after treatment (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the thigh circumference, calf circumference and upper arm circumference between the two groups (P0.05). The body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, thigh circumference, calf circumference, upper arm circumference, body mass index (BMI) and body mass index (VFA) of patients in diet control group decreased after treatment, but there was no significant difference between before and after treatment (P0.05). The body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, thigh circumference, leg circumference, upper arm circumference, body mass index (BMI) and VFA were not significantly different between the treatment group and the control group after treatment (P0.05). But it still shows that the effect of electroacupuncture combined with diet control group is better than that of electroacupuncture group in reducing some obesity indexes. There were significant differences in body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, body mass index (fat) and VFA between the treatment group and the control group (P0.01): there was no significant difference between the two groups in thigh circumference, shank circumference and upper arm circumference (P0.05). The results showed that the electroacupuncture combined with diet control group was superior to the diet control group in reducing some obesity indexes. Control group 1 compared with control group 2 after treatment, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, body mass index, fat and VFA decreased values have significant difference (P0.05): thigh circumference, shank circumference, upper arm circumference decreased values have no statistical significance (P0.05). The results showed that the effect of electroacupuncture on reducing some obesity indexes was better than that of diet control group. But the effect of weight loss was not significant in electroacupuncture combined with diet control group. The total effective rate of electroacupuncture combined with diet control group was 93.44.The total effective rate of simple electroacupuncture group was 76.70.The total effective rate of simple diet control group was 66.7. This indicated that the effect of electroacupuncture diet control group was remarkable. The total effective rate of electroacupuncture combined with diet control group was higher than that of electroacupuncture group and diet control group. Conclusion Electro-acupuncture combined with diet control, simple electroacupuncture and simple diet control are effective methods for the treatment of simple obesity, but the effect of electroacupuncture combined with diet control can reduce body weight, waist circumference and hip circumference. Body mass index (BMI), fat and VFA were superior to electroacupuncture and diet control.
