宁泌泰胶囊在男科疾病中的研究进展

【摘要】：宁泌泰胶囊是治疗泌尿、生殖系感染的经典专利苗药,富含多种中草药有效成分,具有广泛的生物学活性,对于泌尿生殖系统感染效果显著。宁泌泰胶囊面世至今已有近20年,回顾近年来国内相关研究发现,宁泌泰胶囊在泌尿男科疾病中的应用较多,尤其在慢性前列腺炎方面应用非常广泛,取得了理想的疗效。此外,宁泌泰胶囊对男性生殖系统无明显不良反应,在糖尿病尿路感染、非淋菌性尿道炎、精囊炎、急性附睾炎、膀胱过度活动症、血尿、精液不液化等方面也正逐步推广应用。未来尚需要大样本、多中心、随机对照研究以进一步验证宁泌泰胶囊的确切疗效。同时,需要开展更多分子生物学方面的实验研究,以便更深入的探讨宁泌泰胶囊的药理学作用机制。因此,本文就近年来国内关于宁泌泰胶囊在泌尿男科疾病中的应用及研究进展作一综述。
[Abstract]:Ningbitai capsule is a classic patent vaccine drug for the treatment of urinary and genital infections. It is rich in many effective components of Chinese herbal medicine and has extensive biological activity. It has a remarkable effect on urinary and reproductive system infection. Ningbetai capsule has been published for nearly 20 years. In recent years, domestic related studies have found that Ningbitai capsule has been widely used in urological diseases, especially in chronic prostatitis, and has achieved ideal curative effect. In addition, Ningbitai capsule has no obvious adverse effects on male reproductive system, in diabetic urinary tract infection, nongonococcal urethritis, seminal vesiculitis, acute epididymitis, bladder hyperactivity, hematuria, Semen is not liquefaction and other aspects are gradually popularizing the application. A large, multicenter, randomized controlled trial is needed to further verify the efficacy of Ningbitai capsule. At the same time, more experimental studies on molecular biology are needed in order to explore the pharmacological mechanism of Ningbitai capsule. Therefore, this article reviews the application and research progress of Ningbitai capsule in urological diseases in recent years.
