益肾胶囊治疗围绝经期妇女月经失调76例

【摘要】：目的观察中西医结合治疗围绝经期妇女月经失调的临床疗效。方法 76例确诊患者采用中西医对照治疗,观察组采用仙芪益真胶囊(益肾Ⅰ号)和仙子益真胶囊(益肾Ⅱ号)交替治疗,对照组采用妈富隆周期治疗。1个月经周期为1个疗程。结果治疗3个疗程,观察组39例,总有效率为74.3%;对照组37例,总有效率为75.7%。观察组治疗后血清雌二醇(E2)水平升高,促卵泡激素(FSH)水平下降,子宫内膜厚度增加(均P0.05)。结论中医药治疗女性围绝经期月经失调疗效满意,副作用小,值得临床推广。
