金匮肾气丸联合穴位敷贴治疗肾阳不足型慢性前列腺炎的临床观察

【摘要】：目的观察金匮肾气丸联合穴位敷贴治疗肾阳不足型慢性前列腺炎有效性,为治疗肾阳不足型慢性前列腺炎探求一种简单有效的中医治疗方法,为将来临床上的广泛应用提供借鉴和理论依据。方法选取在黑龙江省中医医院男科门诊2015年5月到2016年3月就诊的辨证为肾阳不足型慢性前列腺炎患者100例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组(金匮肾气丸联合穴位敷贴)和对照组(金匮肾气丸)各50例。观察、记录、评测指标以及不良反应等,两组均以1个月为一个疗程。记录用药前后两组前列腺液常规(EPS-R)评分,NIH-CPSI评分及中医证候积分,并将两组治疗前后NIH-CPSI评分及中医证候积分做统计学分析。结果两组NIH-CPSI疗效比较,两组总有效率分别为82.92%、75.00%,差异显著,有统计学意义(P0.05);中医证候疗效比较,两组总有效率分别为80.48%、67.50%,差异显著,有统计学差异(P0.05),两组患者在治疗期间未出现明显不良反应。结论(1)在症状改善上,金匮肾气丸联合穴位敷贴治疗肾阳不足型慢性前列腺炎疗效显著。(2)在症状改善上,单独使用金匮肾气丸治疗肾阳不足型慢性前列腺炎有效。(3)在治疗肾阳不足型慢性前列腺炎症状改善上,金匮肾气丸联合穴位敷贴较对单用金匮肾气丸优势明显。

To provide reference and theoretical basis for clinical wide application in the future. Methods from May 2015 to March 2016, 100 patients with chronic prostatitis with deficiency of kidney yang were selected. According to random number table method, treatment group (Jinkui Shenqi pills combined with acupoint application) and control group (Jingui Shenqi pills) were divided into treatment group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). Observation, recording, evaluation of indicators and adverse reactions, both groups were 1 month as a course of treatment. NIH-CPSI score and TCM syndromes score were recorded before and after treatment of prostatic fluid routine (EPS-R), and NIH-CPSI score and TCM syndromes score before and after treatment were statistically analyzed. Results the total effective rate of NIH-CPSI in the two groups was 82.92and 75.00, the difference was significant (P0.05), the total effective rate of the two groups was 80.48 and 67.50, respectively. There was a statistical difference (P0.05), the two groups of patients during the treatment did not appear significant adverse reactions. Conclusion (1) in symptom improvement, Jinkui Shenqi Pill combined with acupoint application is effective in treating chronic prostatitis with deficiency of kidney-yang. Jinkui Shenqi Pill alone is effective in treating chronic prostatitis with deficiency of Kidney Yang. (3) in the treatment of chronic prostatitis with deficiency of Kidney Yang, Jinkui Shenqi Pill combined with acupoint application is more advantageous than Jingui Shenqi Pill alone.
