基于数据挖掘的国医大师颜正华含龙骨处方用药规律研究

【摘要】：目的探讨国医大师颜正华教授含龙骨处方用药规律。方法在收集国医大师颜正华教授含龙骨处方的基础上,基于中医传承辅助系统构建数据库,使用该软件数据分析模块中嵌入的关联规则Apriori算法等数据挖掘方法,分析含龙骨处方中单味药物频次、药物组合频次、关联规则与核心药物组合等。结果含龙骨处方常用于治疗不寐、眩晕、胃痛等病证,高频次药物包括牡蛎、炒酸枣仁、首乌藤、丹参、赤芍等,高频次药物组合包括"牡蛎,龙骨""牡蛎,炒酸枣仁""龙骨,炒酸枣仁"等,支持度≥35%、置信度≥0.98的关联规则包括"龙骨→牡蛎"、"茯苓,龙骨→牡蛎"、"牡蛎,茯苓→龙骨"、"龙骨,炒酸枣仁→牡蛎"等。结论颜正华教授含龙骨处方所用药物多具有镇静安神活血之效,组方法度清晰严谨。
