饮食损伤病因分论

【摘要】:饮食损伤是产生多种疾病的重要因素。金元医家李东垣认为饮食损伤"分之为二,饮也、食也"。就是说饮食损伤应以饮伤与食伤分别而论。通过对古代文献分析,结合临床实践认为饮伤即引饮不当产生的机体损伤,其致病因素分别是过饮、久饮、劣饮、偏饮、乱饮所伤;食伤即服食不当产生的机体损伤,其致病的因素是多食、偏食、误食、少食、强食所伤,从而对饮食损伤的病因进行了细化,为临床治疗饮食损伤病证提供理论指导。
[Abstract]:Dietary injury is an important factor in many diseases. Jin Yuan doctor Li Dongyuan believes that eating injury is "two percent, drink also, eat also." That is to say, diet injury should be compared to drink injury and food injury. Based on the analysis of ancient literature and clinical practice, it is concluded that the pathogenic factors of body damage caused by excessive drinking, prolonged drinking, poor drinking, partial drinking, and random drinking are the body damage caused by drinking injury, which is caused by improper ingestion, and the injury of food is caused by improper use of food, which is caused by excessive drinking, poor drinking, partial drinking, and random drinking. The pathogenetic factors are more food, partial eating, wrong food, less food, strong food injury, so the etiology of diet injury is refined, which provides theoretical guidance for clinical treatment of diet injury syndrome.
